Ananya Kumar

Ananya Kumar is a Disputes lawyer whose work encompasses Corporate & Commercial Arbitration and Litigation. He has been practicing law since 2003 and is presently an Equity Partner at JSA, Advocates and Solicitors, a pan-India, full-service law firm.

Ananya’s practice focuses on construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and roads & highways-related arbitrations and ancillary court proceedings. He also provides clients with legal advice and representation on diverse issues pertaining to litigious aspects of transactions and agreements, with particular focus on shareholder and employment disputes.

Ananya is a part of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, which has been regularly recognised and ranked by various journals. Personally, Ananya was recognized in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017 editorial as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ and was recognised as a ‘Litigation Star, Commercial and Transactions’ in the Benchmark Litigation Firm & Lawyer Rankings in 2023 and 2024.
