I. Conducting MAPS Assessment of 10 countries

Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS) is a harmonized and universal tool in the assessment of public procurement system and aims to lay the foundation of a well governed public procurement system of a country or level being assessed.

I have completed MAPS Assessment for 10 countries following MAPS 2018 version: Bhutan, Ethiopia (Sector level), Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, Philippines, Rwanda, Zambia all as Lead Assessor and as team member for Kazakhstan. I express my gratitude to the governments, the World Bank and African Development Bank to provide me with an opportunity to contribute.
